Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!! Dallas and George did a great job with new AC and furnace install! Did it in crazy winds and even the rain! I called Dalton in a panic as we have our daughter’s wedding reception next week and our AC went out. Dalton had somebody out within FIVE minutes to check the AC to see if it was something that could quickly be fixed but unfortunately the AC unit was almost 18 years old and needed replaced. He sent Dallas and George out in 2 days and I now have a new AC that will cool my guest or furnace that will keep them warm and toasty at an outstanding price and exemplary service!

Dalton's did my Spring maintenance checkup. Ryan and Levi were very thorough and answered my questions. They were on time, as usual. Really appreciate how they communicate, letting me know exactly the day and time they will arrive, who will be doing my service and when they are on their way to my home. Had a great experience with the company. In a high priority situation needing to have my furnace checked out, i called first thing in the am and they got me on the books within a couple hours. The technician was polite and professional and educated me on the issue and checked the furnace out and put my mind at ease that the problem was solved. I was very happy with the service and will use them again in the future should the need arise.

Our heat wasn't keeping up with the cold. We knew our furnace needed maintenance when it stopped kicking on when it should. I put in a service request at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday night and was called by Dalton not even 10 min later to get us on the schedule. He got us scheduled for 8 to 9 am the next morning. Erick was right on time and had us fixed and running great before 9 a.m. the service was great and the price for repair was reasonable and worth every penny. Especially with an artic blast and negative temperatures heading our way.

I hated hearing that we needed to install a new HVAC system, but they answered all my questions and were able to get the new system in the next day - thankfully before the snowstorm on the way! We found out yesterday that we needed a new furnace, it was leaking CO2. They were able to come out today for a replacement. Very much appreciated.The gentlemen were professional, courteous and patiently answered all of our questions.Our AC is just as old, so they'll be coming back later to replace that as well.

The most honest, competent, and professional business to work on your furnace. They got mine running, after three other local contractors kept messing it up more. One of them had been in business for over 40 years, and was very incompetent. If you want honesty, competence, and professionalism, Dalton is the place to call. His prices are fair, and won't gouge you. I'll definitely call him when I need something done. Ottawa definitely needs more people like him.

Our furnace quit working the day before we were set to get a massive ice/snow storm! We called for help and they showed up within about an hour, looked it over and reported that we needed a new furnace! They came back before 8am the next morning and got the new one installed and running before the bad weather set in!
